About this item 
The Impakt Foundation is an organisation with a full year program. For this, a management department is required that creates the preconditions necessary for realising this program. As a management assistant, you are involved in all aspects of managing the organisation. This work placement is especially interesting for students who are interested in all aspects of cultural entrepreneurship: the acquisition of funds and sponsoring, financial reporting, management, etc. A good insight in the cultural field is considered an advantage.
You are involved in:
-acquiring subsidies, sponsors and funds;
-financial reporting;
-personnel management and the recruitment of volunteers;
-keeping contact with related organisations and representing Impakt;
-project management.
Your skills are:
-you are interested in finance and management;
-you have good communicative skills;
-you are motivated, eager and willing to expand your capacities;
-you have an independent and active working attitude.
