‘Neighbours’ Programme In Toronto

This special double feature was conceived as an exchange between two festivals, the Impakt Festival in Utrecht and the Images Festival in Toronto, on the occasion of the SHIFT Festival. Arjon Dunnewind (Impakt) and Pablo de Ocampo (the Images Festival) have each assembled a program that tries to define something about their respective countries through video.
