The outcome of the European Media Arts Residency Exchange in collaboration with Mexican partners Centro Multimedia del Centro National de las Artes Mexico City & Centro de Arte y Nuevas Technologias San Luis Potosi, it will be on view in the Transitio Festival 2013.

During his residency at Impakt, Joaquin Segura produced several new works under the moniker Ontological Politics, with topics that mark our collective political memory and its antigonists; such as manifestos of dissent and the (im)possibility of language to communicate about upheaval and decline.
