With the focus on the concept of the cyborg, which is a being with both organic and mechanic parts, this program explores different conceptions of a cybernetic organism.
As our organic world is increasingly being reshaped by technological advancements, researchers and artists imagined what a cybernetic organism of the future could be like. Will we have to modify and improve our bodies to match the capabilities of technology? Does the future hold the dystopian world, where our meddling with what is possible left us in a dystopian world, or are we going to embrace the future and enter the next evolutionary stage as mechanic Adam and Eve?
