These characters are all resolutely linked together, albeit with some problems. The nostalgic music and typical Hollywood styling ensure a highly effective result. The greatest impression is left by the pair of legs ending in shiny red ballet shoes which cautiously descend art antique staircase, one step at a time. An ode to vanity, desire and most of all, vulnerability.
