Art is no longer always recognisable as art. Increasingly often, artists are opting to operate from unexpected bases. Artists circumvent patterns of expectations by showing themselves during eve­ryday situations. Thus the participants in this program will rarely present themselves within the context of the festival, but more often will do so instead in other, perhaps very unexpected ways. Be in the right place at the right time and you’ll witness the artist going undercover.
