The film footage of JFK’s murder has been completely turned inside out in order to investigate its visual, emotional, and cultural impact. In a Hitchcock film mirrored from beginning to end, cyclopses run amok and Gregory Peck kisses himself. A filmmaker slings a pit bull terrier in circles, as it refuses to let go of a frisbee. Various mechanical and digital methods allow full advantage to be taken of the effect.
