In the year 2007, a father and his daughter battle against the dominant New Electromagnetic Order. As dad networks with other technological outlaws, the daughter travels back in time to save the earth from a threatening electronic “pulse.” Baldwin tells a dark fairy tale about the increasing power of the telecommunications industry, and in the process sketches an alternative history of the twentieth century. The film is a fantastical collage of photos, documentary archival footage, and fragments from scientific, amateur and feature films.
