JUICY MEADOWS 1
TIME & SPACE
Juicy Meadows is the Dutch enclave in IMPAKT’s Panorama programme. In cooperation with the Dutch Institute for Media Art and Filmbank, we have made a selection of new and experimental works by Dutch film makers and video artists. Works by foreign artists that. have been produced in the Netherlands will be represented as well. The artists will be present during the screenings of the film and videos. Apart from all professionals already present at the festival, various foreign curators and distributors are especially invited for this programme. Through these scouts, Dutch media art can find its way to more screenings abroad.
About the Programme
Ever since the advent of cinema, there have been artists who went in search of new dimensions in audio-visual experiments that were inspired by our linear perception of time and by spatial investigations. This programme offers an overview of works that challenge the audience to explore other ways of perceiving the world.
