White Blight Manifesto

A tongue-in-cheek hip-hop music video rapped by Simple Text’s Fred over a CooEditPro remix of a Serge Gainsbourg tune. ‘White Blight Manifesto’ is the ridiculous collision of suburban kids moving to the inner city, sublimated white guilt, the digital revolution and the suicide solution.

The Radical Software Group hacks games and exploits existing bugs and glitches in the code. In this case , a commercial skateboarding game provides the source. As the punk song plays in the background, the skater protagonist twitches and flails, attempting to navigate the quirky architectures RSG has prepared.

How can we keep track of what is happe­ning in an urban environment that is becoming increasingly layered and complex? Circus explores the urban landscape layer for layer and isolates conspicuous elements, cutting them loose from their surroundings.

Error Book is a semi-abstract video, at the same time complex and minimalist, in which architectural forms and urban structures are mirrored.

Plattform shows a city district using architectural maps. The virtual space is inhabited by static figures that seem to be stuck in their daily lives. At the same time, however, they give meaning to their sur­roundings and in a sense define it. They form a manual with which the existing urban context can be read and understood.
