Prior to the event on 3 June, Gert-Jan Prins, Karl Klomp, Robert van Heumen, and Bas van Koolwijk will lead a three-day workshop focused on developing an AV performance. The workshop will utilize analog and digital techniques to create a direct interaction between image and sound. The approach will be primarily practical. Aspects such as the use of interfaces, videotronics, video/audio software, and improvisation in electronic music will be addressed.
