IMPAKT PROGRAM AT STUDIUM GENERALE ARTEZ
Location: Focus Filmtheater
For the Studium Generale of ArtEZ, the combined art academies in Arnhem, Enschede and Zwolle Impakt curated a closing program with presentations and films. In the program Impakt investigates how friendships can start with the help of social media, but also how they can go wrong and friends can become political opponents. In an anthology Lars Leeuw of the Ongemotiveerd Kunstenaars Collectief (Unmotivated Artists Collective) will tell us about how artists duos can end when love comes into play and the Syrian/South-African collective Foundland will tell us about their work Facebook – a revolutionary tool. Furthermore the program consists of a presentation of the Face to Facebook project by Italian artists Paolo Cirio & Alessandro Ludovico and the short animation Please Say Something by Irish filmmaker David O’Reilly.
Curated by: Impakt (Arjon Dunnewind and Pim Verlaek).
The program is free of charge on a first come first serve basis.
It is recommended to make a reservation via the website of the Focus Filmtheatre.
