To open the cultural year in Utrecht, Impakt will present the Soft Machines theme with ‘Robots in the City Hall’. From 13 hrs to 18 hrs a program will be featured containing surprising short films, clips and installations. At 14.00, 15.00 and 16.00 hrs the program will feature live presentations.

Expect surprising examples of artificial empathy, optimized human and reflection of it in film and media.
