SEAT RESERVATION
Full 5-day festival passes and single day passes give access to all events at Het Huis Utrecht, as long as seats are available.
Many events are likely to be busy. To avoid disappointment please reserve your seat in advance for your favourite events. Reserving your seat will grant you priority access to the venue. Seat reservation is optional, but we strongly advise to do so – especially for the film events in Studio 3, where capacity is limited.
Single event tickets automatically include a seat reservation.
How to reserve your seat
After purchasing your festival pass or day pass, you will receive a confirmation email. In the email you will find a personal code to make seat reservations for specific programmes.
Use this code to book single tickets (free of charge) for individual events. A single ticket booked in this way counts as a seat reservation.
As long as seats are still available, online reservations can be made until 23:59 on the day before the event.
Priority Access during the festival
We use a “speedy boarding” procedure for prioritising seating:
- 10 minutes before the start of an event, we give visitors with a seat reservation and/or single event ticket priority access to the venue so they can choose their seats.
Remaining visitors can enter from 5 minutes before the start of the programme, until all seats are taken. - Reserved seats will be kept up to 5 minutes before the indicated starting time of the event. After that all reservations become invalid.
- Remaining visitors can enter from 5 minutes before the start of the programme, until all seats are taken.
If you have any questions regarding seat reservations, please contact us at festival@impakt.nl
