Accessibility

IMPAKT organises exhibitions, activities and the annual festival at various venues. Accessibility will vary from venue to venue. The specific venues can be found in the Agenda. We have a distinct preference for outdoor venues that are readily accessible to a wide audience.

IMPAKT itself is located in a historic building that unfortunately still lacks good access for wheelchair users. The entrance and the exhibition room can only be reached via a flight of steps. The toilets are not at ground level, and there is no lift.

Our app and web platform BEYOND Art always provide access to video and audio tours for curators, meetings of experts, background videos with artists and critics, background information and recordings of panels, lectures and performances. The app can be downloaded at beyond.art

Exhibition texts are always available in both English and Dutch.
