Bart Rutten

Bart Rutten is artistic director of the Centraal Museum Utrecht. He was previously the head of collections at the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam and the Netherlands Media Art Institute.

Lucette ter Borg

Lucette ter Borg has worked for NRC since 2007. She writes about visual art and investigates abuses within the cultural sector. Her research has included unfair pay practices, institutional racism, and the Andeweg case.

Heiner Holtappels

― Artist

Heiner Holtappels (born in Germany) is an artist, educator, and cultural administrator. He studied at the Staatliche Kunstakademie Düsseldorf under K.O. Götz and holds degrees in fine art, philosophy, and art history. He was Director of the Netherlands Media Art Institute (1998–2011) and is a senior lecturer in Autonomous Art at the ArtEZ University of the Arts in Arnhem.

Sacha Bronwasser

― Artist

Sacha Bronwasser is a Dutch writer and art historian. For decades, she worked as art critic for De Volkskrant, while also curating exhibitions and writing and speaking about contemporary art for radio, television and on stage.
